Ketchum, ID: Malibu, CA: SQN Sport will donate 20% of all sales on Veterans Weekend to Higher Ground and the Foundation for Women Warriors.
SQN Sport is supporting Higher Ground (Sun Valley) and the Foundation for Women Warriors (Los Angeles) on Veterans Weekend, November 10th – 13th, 2017. 20% of all proceeds will be donated between the two causes equally. SQN Sport designs and manufacturers women’s luxurious active wear that is made in the USA. SQN Sport operates retail locations in Ketchum, Sun Valley, Malibu CA and Online.
The Foundation for Women Warriors (Formerly Military Women In Need) is a unique support organization created exclusively for the women veteran community of Southern California. We provide essential programs to empower the resiliency and professional development of Women Warriors. Every step is dedicated to supporting these outstanding women to navigate obstacles and realize their maximum potential after their service career
Higher Ground Sun Valley (HG) enhances the quality of life through inclusive therapeutic recreation and education for people of all abilities. Each HG Military camp is one week long and hosts groups of eight veterans and his or her significant other, who can be a spouse, close friend, or family member. A vital component of the program’s structure, the small group setting creates a comfortable atmosphere, facilitating conversation and peer bonding. We group camp participants based on injury and marital status to ensure they have the most in common.
