Barstool Fund

From January 15th – January 31st, 50% of all sales from the activewear brand will be donated to the Barstool Sports Fund

SUN VALLEY, Idaho (January 14th)—SQN Sport, a luxury athletic clothing brand for women, has announced its commitment to donate a portion of its sales to the Barstool Sports Fund. Fifty percent of all sales made on SQN Sport’s digital site from January 15th, 2020 through January 31st, 2021 will be donated to the fund, created to support restaurants and bars across the country hit hard by the COVID pandemic.

The fund has been garnering national media attention after founder David Portnoy announced that his digital media company Barstool Sports would be collecting donations to give to local bars and restaurants in need. At time of publication, the fund has raised over $25 million for small businesses affected by the pandemic.

SQN Sport has decided to answer Portnoy’s call for businesses, individuals, and philanthropists to step up their giving to support local businesses by donating to the fund.

“SQN Sport is a small business, and we, too, have felt the impacts of the COVID pandemic, especially in our brick-and-mortar store, which no longer exists ha ha,” said SQN Sport founder Megan Murphy Lengyel. “And though we may be small, we wanted to find a way to support an industry that has been decimated by the virus, so we’re putting up our inventory to help. With this in mind, we’re ramping up our digital storefront efforts and will be donating 50% of all sales made on our clothing from January 15 - January 31st to the Barstool Sports Fund.”

All of SQN Sport’s activewear clothing is Made in America and features minimalist design that transitions seamlessly between day and night. To shop for a good cause and donate to the Barstool Sports Fund, visit
